SCHEDULING

At the initial contact for your project, a member of our office staff will collect the following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email and nature of your project. Using that information an appointment will be schedule for a site visit. This information may also be submitted on our Contact Us page and a staff member will contact you via your preferred method of communication.

SITE VISIT

Our sales associates will arrive on time to your appointment. At this visit we will discuss all aspects of your project, take measurements and pictures, and offer suggestions/advice.

DESIGN

Some projects may be hard to imagine in your space. This is where our ability to offer a design with multi dimensional renderings really shines. Using your ideas, with our measurements and pictures, we can produce a concept drawing. Typically, we start with a general design/layout process. Once you are satisfied with the general design, the estimating process can begin.

PROPOSAL

Using all the information collected in this process, we will begin formulating a proposal. Once the proposal is finished, it can be sent via email or we can deliver it in person. If you choose the email option, our program makes the proposal process easy to understand and navigate. It also offers you, the client, the ability to “build your own proposal”, by selecting from options within the proposal. You may contact a member of our team directly when viewing the proposal to ask questions or make any changes.

FINANCING

We offer FINANCING! When you receive your proposal, there will be a link for Acorn. Simply click the link and it will take you to a form on Acorn’s website. Once you fill out the form, Acorn will submit your information to a range of reputable lenders. Once prequalified, you choose the lender and terms that best suit your needs and complete that lenders applications process. When your application is approved, funds will be sent directly to you within 1-2 business days, and ProCore will be notified only of your approval for financing. APPROVAL

If you are pleased with the proposal, you may approve and sign it right in the program OR you may meet with one of our sales associates. Once a proposal is approved, a 10% retainer will be collected. This retainer secures you a place on our schedule, allows for a full design consultation, material selections and additional site visits.

CONTRACT

A formal contract and scope of work, specific to your project, will be drawn up. Approximately 8 to 10 weeks prior to the start of your project, you will meet with a sales associate to review the scope of work and contract. At contract signing, a deposit will be collected to allow for acquiring material. This will ensure that material will be available to start your project.

PROJECT START

Your sales associate will arrive the day your project is started to introduce you to the crew. They will walk through the project with the crew and review the scope of work. During the project, your sales associate will be available to answer any and all questions or concerns you may have.
